Supreme Blood Cleanse Take 4

Today is the 4th day and so far so good. I had 2 bowel movements today YAYYYYY! So I guess my system is back to normal.  The detox is still showing that it's working because I have fine little bumps up and down my left arm...yes, only my left arm. It also seems like I've lost some more weight but only time will tell. Yes, I'm still craving wild-caught fish so I already know that will be my reward in about 16 more days; well 17 as I'll be finished with the detox then.

MY MOM'S FULL BODY DETOX HAS ARRIVED WHOOO HOOO! She won't begin until July 5th (she wants to eat good for the 4th of July) but she has already begun to prepare her body by blending veggies (juicing without a juicer) and eating more fruit.

ONE OF MY COUSIN'S ORDERED HER FULL BODY DETOX TODAY WHOOO HOOO AGAIN!

I can't wait to celebrate in the successes of my friends and family as I know they will see the same benefits that I'm seeing. God is so good and He's able in ALLLLLL things.

Well, that's all for tonight but I will continue to post as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

Supreme Blood Cleanse Take 3

Hola world! Well, there's not much to report today except for the fact that I am once again craving wild-caught fish. Oh well, another 17 days to go...

  • Medications..................CHECK
  • Raw Veggies and fruit...CHECK
  • Distilled water...............CHECK
  • Raw nuts.......................CHECK
  • Steaming.......................CHECK
  • Hydrogen Peroxide pat..CHECK
  • Activated Charcoal........CHECK (drinking it as I type)
  • Bowel movements..........UNCHECK - I'm not sure what was up with my system today but usually like clockwork, I wake up, drink my 2 glasses of "moving" water, and then the activated charcoal activates and to el bano I go. But not today. I hope it gets better tomorrow.
Well, I am extremely tired and off to bed I go...well, maybe not quite, but I sure am going to relax.

God is still good!

I'll continue to post as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

It's definitely workin'

Today is my 2nd day on the Supreme Blood Cleanse and I can attest to the fact that it's definitely workin'. But before I share that, let me share some anecdotal notes:

  • All meds taken timely and Formula # 3 still burned going down (that Cayenne I'm sure)
  • I drank distilled water (with the exception of a few sips of "regular" spring water)
  • I drank apple juice, herbal tea; ate a banana, salad wrap with green and red peppers, onions, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers with Balsamic Vinaigrette, cherries, and organic Romaine lettuce and Spinach with green and red peppers with Roasted Garlic Italian Vinaigrette dressing
  • POOP - twice this morning
  • WEIGHT - I meant to weigh myself before I began the detox but didn't have access to a scale. My husband went to the doctor today so I snuck (with my husband's permission of course ;-) onto their scale and weighed myself with my shoes off (I had just finished eaten) and I weighed 146.5 pounds, which means I'm probably around 145 pounds or so.  Which is good because that means that I maintained my weight even after my detox with the inclusion of wild-caught fish.
  • I also steamed my face again for 15 minutes followed with a peroxide pat. I applied Extra Virgin Olive Oil to my face afterwards (as per April).
Ok, so here is how I know that the Supreme Blood Cleanse is working. Do you remember when I began the full body detox and I would experience certain symptoms, and April would confirm that this was normal, and showed that the toxins are being removed? (Like cold-like symptoms, fatigue, mood swings, etc). These symptoms are a little different but definitely a sign of toxin release. I am breaking out in bumps on my hands, arms, and face. I inquired about this with April and this is what she explained, "it's part of what's called the healing crisis. Remember you're cleansing the blood. Polluted blood manifests itself through the skin so if you're cleansing the blood, toxins will make their way through the skin."
Here is what she recommended that I do: Daily steaming, LOTS of water and lots of raw leafy greens to help move the toxins through the bowels as opposed to the skin. If you have a gym membership (which we don't) that has a sauna I would make a visit. If not, don't worry about it. Just keep focusing on healing. The cleanse is doing its work."

She is so knowledgeable and I truly thank God for her.

So with that confirmation, I am going to continue steaming, eating more and more veggies, and drinking LOTS of water, and most of all, FOCUSING ON MY HEALING.

I will continue to post as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

PRAISE REPORT
  • I have another friend that inquired about the full body detox with her doctor, and they suggested that she begin a mild detox first in order to see how her body reacts. So she will be completing "First Cleanse" which is a 2 week cleanse. She is still interested in doing the full body detox but this is a great start.

Supreme Blood Cleanse Take 1

Today was a successful 1st day of the Supreme Blood cleanse:

  • I drank distilled water throughout the day
  • Took all medications timely
  • Ate raw fruits and veggies, with herbal tea and natural fruit juice
  • 2 bowel movements
I don't feel anything differently yet but I will comment that Formula #3 burned as it was going down. It consists of ROSE HIPS, AMLA FRUIT, ACEROLA CHERRY, HIBISCUS, MSM SULFUR, ORANGE PEEL, LEMON PEEL, ELDERBERRY, GRAPE SEED, CAYENNE, AND CAMU CAMU. After typing the ingredients I'm figuring that it's probably the Cayenne that's causing the burn.

I did try the Moroccan Red Clay today, followed by 15 minutes of steaming, and a peroxide pat. I took pictures of my face at each interval to show what it looked like. My husband said that I was ugly; I kind of look like someone from a horror film but I'm hoping that the results are worth it. I will do the Moroccan Red clay once a week, but will continue the steaming and peroxide pat daily.  Here are some pics for your viewing pleasure:

The night before I began the blood cleanse

Moroccan Red Clay in its container

Moroccan Red Clay mixed with water
(take an equal measure of clay and water and mix it up)

After the application of the Moroccan Red Clay

The clay is beginning to dry

It's really drying now

Almost completely dry

Ok, now it's time to be washed off

After the clay was initially washed off

After 15 minutes of steaming

After application of peroxide pat
(peroxide poured on a paper towel and dabbed on face)

My face was soooooo very tight as the clay dried but it was easy to wash off.  I applied Vaseline to my face after the peroxide as it was extremely dry. I believe it's too early to see results but I'm going to continue the clay every week, and the steam/peroxide daily so we'll see.  Oh, and I kept the clay on my face for about 20 minutes (it's recommended to keep it on between 15-30 minutes).

Visit www.dhealthstore.com in order to read up on the Moroccan Red Clay and the benefits that it offers.

We'll see what tomorrow brings.

MORE PRAISE REPORTS:
  • My principal ordered the full body detox on yesterday and is planning on beginning this Monday
  • One of my sisters in Christ is ordering the detox and will begin in mid-July
  • Another sister in Christ that has been eating a lot of fruits and veggies has lost 4 POUNDS and a lot of excess water
  • My cousin is ordering the full body detox on Friday and will begin
I am so thankful for God taking me on this journey, so that detoxing can be a blessing to others. God works ALL things out for our good, and I thank Him for ALWAYS being faithful to HIS WORD.

I'll continue to post as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be Blessed.

Getting Ready for Round 2

Ok everyone, my 2nd detox has finally arrived in the mail. It is the Supreme Blood Cleanse, from http://www.dhealthstore.com/ which is another 20 day cleanse geared to "cleanse, purify, and detoxify the blood, rebuild the blood, nourish the blood, strengthen the blood, and rejuvenate the blood which is the life of the flesh".  Because my auto-immune disease has manifested itself in skin rashes and joint pain, this blood cleanse is the next step after my full body detox.

According to dhealthstore, "all skin conditions are blood conditions and that the blood simply manifests the condition or state of the blood. If there are skin problems then you know there is something wrong with the blood - the blood is corrupted and polluted and needs cleansing and purification."  I also ordered the Moroccan Red Clay which I will use to handle my facial skin problems. I will take pictures daily, beginning tonight in order to show my daily progress . I will begin using the clay tomorrow and will use it daily.

My detox schedule will be as follows:
  • FORMULA #1 - 7:00AM (BLOOD FOOD) - 5 capsules
  • FORMULA #2 - 10:00AM (BLOOD TONIC) - 5 capsules
  • FORMULA #3 - 1:00PM (BLOOD BUILDER AND STRENGTHENER FIBER) - 5 capsules
  • FORMULA #4 - 4:00PM (LIVER AID) - 5 capsules
  • FORMULA #5 - BEDTIME (ACTIVATED CHARCOAL - CARBON)
My diet will go back to consisting of ALL RAW fruits, ALL RAW vegetables, ALL NATURAL fruit juice (for breakfast), distilled water, herbal tea, and RAW AND UNSALTED nuts.

For the past week I've enjoyed my wild-caught fish incorporated with dinner but I'm looking forward to seeing some more positive changes in and out of my body. I need to find a scale tomorrow so that I can weigh myself and keep track of my weight at the beginning and end of the detox.

I'M HAPPY TO REPORT ANOTHER PRAISE REPORT...
  • My mom has ordered the full body detox liquid form and will begin taking it on July 5th
  • My spiritual mom ordered the full body detox love repair and will begin taking it at the end of July (she's beginning a 7 day detox tomorrow)
  • My cousin has still been making progress with her detoxes and is beginning one for her gastrointestinal tract tomorrow
  • One of my sisters in Christ is praying about the detox but seriously considering purchasing the full body detox
  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 others have been asking serious questions about the detox
God is in the healing business and there are many avenues that He can use to see that we get it. He has chosen this way to manifest His healing hands through me and I'm so grateful. I'm not exempt...if He is doing it for me, He will do it for you.

I will continue to keep you posted as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

My Continuing Journey

Well, it has been a couple of days since I've written and that's because IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY YESTERDAY! I thank God for allowing me to see another year. Satan had me believing that I wouldn't live to see my 25th birthday and for awhile, I believed him; until I was reminded in the scriptures that Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy, and that he's the father of lies and confusion. So here I am, 7 years after Satan thought he had declared my end and I am living "better" than ever, thanks to this detox.

Unfortunately, I have not been eating as well as I should and it shows by my lack of bowel movements. I have not returned to eating beef or pork but I have not been as diligent with my fruits and veggie intake, like I was when I was detoxing. I still drink water first thing in the morning and follow it with natural fruit juice or whole fruit, and I still eat a salad but I used to eat fruit for most of the morning, eat a big leafy salad for lunch, and a big leafy salad for dinner. Now I've been incorporating Salmon, shrimp, brown rice, potatoes, wheat bread, and other healthier choices but not as healthy. I was so fed up with my bowels last night that I ate broccoli and dared my system not to behave. I'm happy to report that I had 3 bowel movements today as opposed to the 1 that I've been having the last few days.

I am still awaiting my Supreme Blood Cleanse to arrive in the mail. If it doesn't come on Monday, I will be calling to check the status. The money has already come out of my bank account so I know it can't be an issue on my end so we'll see.

UPDATES ON OTHERS JOINING THE DETOX REVOLUTION:

  • My mom just ordered the full body detox liquid version today.
  • I have a friend that told me she's going to order, but just needs to decide on liquid or pills.
  • I have another friend that is going to order the Full Body Detox Love Repair, which is a full body cleanse but focuses on the physical body as well as your energy levels.
  • My cousin has completed a 10-day full body cleanse, and has begun her liver cleanse. She will follow that with a gastrointestinal cleanse.
  • I have a friend that is preparing to order the detox by increasing her raw fruit and veggie intake, as well as drinking water first thing in the morning, followed by fruit, and drinking water for most of the day.
I can't wait to see the results that my loved ones will experience and am excited for their journey. God is still taking me through my journey of healing and I thank Him for it.

I will continue to keep you posted as I Journal Through My Healing, as well as the healing of my loved ones.

Be blessed.

A Walking, Breathing Testimony

God has just been revealing to me by way of many sources, just how amazing He is, and has been to me. I am realizing more and more that I am a walking, breathing testimony of God's healing. I remember it like it was yesterday...I was sitting on the choir stand on the 3rd Sunday in December; in so much pain that it took my breath away, and I was barely able to stand. God said to me just as clearly as I would speak to you, "if you want your healing, stand up". Naturally I'm thinking to myself, "how can I stand? I'm in too much pain." I immediately thought that Satan was playing tricks on me but then the Holy Spirit quickened me, I recognized that it was God giving me a faith test - was I going to rely on how my flesh felt and continue to sit down, or was I going to rely on faith and step out on faith and stand up?! I chose the latter...and when I stood up; ALL OF MY PAIN in that instant was removed. I was able to stand up throughout the service, clap my hands, stomp my feet, and praise my God. I had not been able to do that in months. This was just a precursor of what was to come. I wasn't totally healed in that instant but I believe that God did that to see just where my faith was - could I stand to be healed (literally) or not.

My pain returned some days later but I was reminded of what God said to me, and I knew that God WAS going to heal me; I wasn't sure of how or when but I knew that it was coming. So here I stand 6 months later, pain free, medication free, able to move ALL of my limbs, and feeling better than I've ever felt before. I didn't know back in December that my principal would encourage me to start a blog and that through this blog, my friend Kim would read it and repost; and that by her reposting, her friend April would read it and get in touch with me; by April getting in touch with me she referred me to the full body detox; by me taking the full body detox, it released ALL OF THE TOXINS that were ailing me; and that through the release of these toxins, HEALING WAS INEVITABLE; and that by my healing being inevitable, I am able to walk around as a sure-fire way that this detox works; and by me "living" the fact that this detox works, more and more people are inquiring about the detox; and by more and more people inquiring about the detox, God is going to bring forth MORE HEALING in MORE PEOPLE through this detox. God can heal as He sees fit but He chose to bring forth my healing through this detox and He can and will do the same for you.

What if I hadn't started this blog? What if Kim didn't repost the information? What if April didn't reach out to me? Where would I be, and what physical state would I be in? God is soooooo amazing; He truly does take my breath away. This further proves how we have to be open to the voice of the Spirit and willing to do what He tells us to do. Had anyone of those steps not been taken, my healing may have been delayed...not denied because God told me that it was coming, but delayed...and so would yours.

God is able in ALL things and ALL things are possible through Him. I know that His divine favor rests on me and my family and I am so grateful. I don't take any glory for I know that without God orchestrating this plan so perfectly, it would not be.

My next step is to complete the Supreme Blood Cleanse and once I am through this detox, I'm going to make an appointment with my primary care physician, as well as my local rheumatologist, and ask them to rerun ALL OF THE TESTS that previously came up positive. Once these tests now show up as negative, I will have WRITTEN PROOF of my healing, and when the doctors inquire about how this is possible, MY GOD WILL REIGN SUPREME, as I will let it be known with ALL CERTAINTY and SINCERITY that it was God, and ONLY GOD that healed me.

God, I'm so thankful in advance for my TOTAL HEALING and testimony of total healing.

Be blessed as I am, as I continue to JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Still waiting

Good evening,

Well, I'm still waiting for my blood cleanse to arrive in the mail.

I'm still eating fruits and veggies throughout the day but am incorporating other foods at dinner. Today I ate the same thing that I had yesterday, Salmon and rice.

I'm not used to having only one bowel movement so when I got home from work, I did what I never thought I would do...I drank some distilled water. When I was drinking the distilled water with my detox, I hated the fact that I was going to the bathroom so much, but now, I want to go - I want to make sure that toxins are still being flushed out. Needless to say, I haven't gone to the bathroom since this morning. I'm used to being regular (even before the detox) so this once a day bit is not going to work for me.  I am going to ingest my activated charcoal again tonight so hopefully that will allow me to at least have my morning bowel movement.

The students finished their last day of school today WHOOOO HOOOOO! My last day is tomorrow and I'M GLAD ABOUT IT! I can't wait! Did I mention that I'm glad about it???? My husband told me that I don't have to work this summer so I'm looking forward to some much needed rest and relaxation.

My birthday is this Friday as well so I'm thanking God in advance for allowing me to see my 32nd birthday -feeling better than ever and I intend to keep it up. I must say that I look great too; please don't think I'm being conceited because just a few months ago I was just about 200 pounds, could barely walk, was in so much pain, and couldn't fit into ANYTHING! Now I'm back into my old clothes (with room to spare might I add), and I love the way I look and feel. God is good and if I can't be thankful for my own healing, both inside and out, then I can't expect God to do another thing for me. We ought to be thankful for what God has done.

A lot of you have been inquiring about the full body detox and I hope that you order it; it's on sale and you will truly love the results. The website is  http://www.dhealthstore.com/; in the search box type in "full body detox" and scroll down until you see "full body detox (capsules) OR full body detox (liquid)". If you decide to do it, please comment on my blog or send me a message letting me know your progress. I will rejoice with your healing report as well.

On that note, I'm getting ready to turn in as I am very tired.

Be blessed.

My results

Good evening all, as promised I'm going to share some progress that I've noticed as a direct result of the detox.

  1. I began the detox on May 30th and I weighed myself on May 31st - at that time I weighed 160 pounds (which was a big improvement from the 195 pounds that I weighed just 3 months prior). I reweighed myself on yesterday and I weighed 148 pounds; which means I lost 12 pounds as a direct result of the detox and eating right. I look like I've lost much more than that as I've lost inches, water weight, and just really slimmed down.
  2. I had 3 leg biopsies which left noticeable scars.  Here is a picture that I took of one of them when I began the detox... (look at the one on the bottom).
Here is what it looks like today...

You should be able to see that it has began to lighten up considerably. I'm not sure why it only happened to one and not the other. It even feels differently - the other site still feels lumpy but the bottom one feels smooth, like my skin.

I have another skin biopsy that has a special shape to it; let's see if you can figure out what it is. That's my sign from God of my healing...

It's the shape of a cross.

3. I started taking pictures of my face from the beginning of the detox until today. I have seen changes in the size, shape, and skin. You be the judge...

I wish I could take a picture of my insides to see how my organs have changed but I don't have the capability...yet. With all of the changes in technology, I wouldn't be surprised if one day this is an option. I can only tell you that I feel GREAT, from the inside out!

I am awaiting the blood cleanse in the mail and will probably begin that on this Sunday, if it's here by then.  I will blog about that process as well.

I am also happy to report that I ate some salmon as I indicated in my earlier post and it tasted good. But you know what I noticed? After 20 days of not eating any meat, I really don't need to eat any. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty but my insides felt a little different and I liked the way they felt prior. I may continue to eat some "wild-caught" fish from time to time, but it's no longer a necessity.  It takes 21 days (3 weeks) to develop a habit and I had almost created the habit of eating raw fruits, veggies and nuts but added a fish this afternoon.  I'm going to continue on my healthy track.  I'm also going to continue using the activated charcoal (carbon) at night time in order to continue cleaning out toxins through my poop.

My God-sister and I are making plans to go to a "raw" restaurant in NYC and dine and I have to tell you...prior to the other day, I had no idea that restaurants like this existed. I am really looking forward to the cuisine. I will tell you all about this experience when we go.

Before I begin the blood cleanse, I will take a picture of myself and I will weigh myself so that I can have a more accurate assessment of my progress.

Well this is all for tonight. Thanks for following my journey so far, and I will continue to blog as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

I'm eating SALMON!!!!!!

Yes! After days and days of craving and craving some Salmon, I am eating some as I type and let me tell you...it was well worth the wait. Kudos to my husband who I believe is the greatest chef in the world!  Before chowing down on my long-awaited meal, I ate some salad, as April recommended.

I didn't even realize that I've been eating "farm raised" Salmon until I went into the store to buy some "wild caught". The farm raised was $8.99 a pound and the wild caught was $5.99 a pound, so I saved all the way around.  I paired it with some "Near East 100% Natural Rice Pilaf Mix Spanish Rice". I looked at the back of the box and noticed all natural ingredients so thought it was a safe choice. It is a little spicy but it tastes good (shhhhhh, don't tell Dwayne that it's healthy because he likes it too ;-)

I will wait and see how my body reacts to this oldie but goodie.  I will update my blog later with some statistics on my weight, skin, and pics from the day that I started my detox 'til today.

Talk to you later.

P.S. As you can see, I'm tearing this Salmon and rice up!

I MADE IT...I SURVIVED!!!

YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!

Today marks the 20th and last day of my full body detox. How ironic that on this day, I would get the most cravings, break out in pimples on my forehead, and have the worst mood (only in the evening); I have really been sleep deprived so I attribute the mood to this. I'm about to drink my activated carbon and go to bed. I will share a full report of changes on tomorrow, when I am officially over.

Now I'm awaiting the blood cleanse to arrive in the mail so I can begin informing you about this process as well. Despite the moods, cravings, and physical symptoms as a result of the detox, I FEEL GREAT! I look great too (if I must say so myself). My real challenge will begin after the detox. The way I was craving everything and then some today, I have to make sure I remain disciplined, otherwise this detox would have been for naught.

GOOD REPORT - there are so many people on my job, in my family and in my church family that are inquiring about the detox. I know that God is healing me through this process and I want that for all of those around me as well. My cousin finished her 10 day full body detox and feels great, and begun a liver cleanse today, and will complete a gastrointestinal cleanse after that.

It is recommended that we detox seasonally (every 3 months) so this isn't a one-shot deal; it should be a continual practice, along with a diet that includes but is not limited to a lot of veggies, fruits, and plenty of agua.

Continue to pray for me as I continue to JOURNAL through MY HEALING. This is only the beginning y'all ;-)

Be blessed.

1 MORE DAY TO GO

I can't believe that I only have 1 more day left. I am so freakin' excited that I can't even begin to express myself. I believe I'm going to take a full week off after this detox, eat some Salmon, practice eating and cooking foods that I will prepare once I'm done with detoxing completely, and then will begin the blood cleanse. I'm still gonna eat a majority of raw fruits and veggies throughout the day, but will add a meat at dinner time (wild-caught fish).  The order said it could take up to 7 business days to arrive so I believe my plan will work.

Let me tell you how I totally dislike distilled water...well, I totally dislike distilled water. If I go to the bathroom one more time, I believe my 'hind parts will cry. I went to the bathroom a whoppin' 7 times yesterday, and I've already gone a total of 6 times today and my stomach is still going blubb blubb blubb.  Ughhhh! I know it's healthy to GO but this is getting ridiculous. I DEFINITELY won't be drinking any distilled water tomorrow because then my students will be without a teacher all day long, as I'll spend my time in the bathroom.

I still feel great, I've been told by multiple people that I look great (I think so too), and I know that this is only the beginning of my healing. When the detox is officially over, I will upload some before and after shots, I will weigh myself in order to see how much I've lost (my parents believe that I've lost at least 25 pounds), and I will tell you all about my Salmon that my husband will prepare for me on Tuesday night ;-) I can't wait!!!

Let me just tell you that I fit into one of my favorite suits today, which is like my staple church suit. When people see me in this, they know that I've returned to my normal weight.

Oh and my husband's knee is getting progressively worse so please continue to keep him in prayer. We are awaiting the insurance company's approval of his MRI so we can see what's really going on. Until then, I'm encouraging him to stay off of it as much as possible because of course he's not using his crutches or leg immobilizer.

Well until tomorrow, be blessed and have a good night.

2 more days to go

Whoooo-eeeee I only have 2 more days left of this detox, and then it's onto the next one.

My bowels have gone rogue, as today I've used the bathroom more times than any other day. Anyone wanna take a guess as to how many times I went??? ................................................. I'll wait.....................................................
Ok, I went a total of 7 TIMES and am not sure if I'm finished yet or not. I did do 3 things differently today so am contributing this excess POOP to one, if not all of them:
1. I drank some "Simply" orange juice this morning,
2. and added a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to my juice.
3. I have been drinking distilled water for most of the day, as opposed to spring water.

I'm not sure if any of these new factors have contributed to this, or if maybe my body senses that the detox is almost over, so is emptying out all that it can.

I am awaiting the arrival of the Supreme Blood Cleanse but if it doesn't arrive by Monday, my husband has already agreed to make one of my favorites...Salmon! He makes the world's best Salmon and I would put him up against anybody!

Well, that's it for tonight as I wanna get a head start on sleep, as I've been up since 7:27 this morning (don't ask me why when it's the weekend).

I'll continue to keep you posted as I Journal THROUGH my Healing, and I'm happy to report that I still feel GRRREAT!

Be blessed.

Supreme Blood Cleanse detox ordered...check

Well, I ordered the Supreme Blood Cleanse today from http://www.dhealthstore.com/ and am awaiting its arrival. In the meantime, I found out some helpful tips today from customer service at dhealthstore. I called to order the detox and to inquire about skin care, as well as hair care products. The rep explained to me that while their products are good, there are less expensive ways of achieving the goals that I seek.

  1. For starters, instead of ordering one of their soaps for my skin, he told me that I can continue to use Dove, because as I continue to eat healthy and clean my insides, my skin will continue to show me that it will clear by itself; and it has.  I did order a Moroccan clay as it was recommended in my instructional booklet so I can't wait to start using it.
  2. The next thing that I learned is that instead of ordering products for my hair, I can use...you'll never guess what item can be purchased from a grocery store in order to obtain healthy, shiny, and long beautiful hair...you give up? Extra Virgin Olive Oil! Yup! He explained that this is what Indians use for their hair as well as their skin.
    • He told me to grease my scalp with it daily
    • To ingest 1 tsp of it in orange juice every 3 days and I will definitely see the difference.
  3. I also learned that I CAN drink juice during my detox. I knew that I could make my own juice but wasn't aware of a product that I could purchase that would be all natural.  The rep referred me to "Simply" juice products, so I bought orange juice, lemonade, and cranberry juice. I'll drink some tomorrow.
  4. Also instead of me spending googobs of money on bottled water every couple of days, I was told to purchase some distilled water, which costs $0.99 per gallon...I picked up 3 bottles, and will begin consuming some on tomorrow as well.
I can't wait to see the results of these nuances as well. As soon as my blood cleanse arrives, I will begin it. The last day of my full body detox will be Monday, June 18th, and the new detox takes between 3-5 days to arrive. If per chance it's not here by Monday, then I will say an early happy birthday to me, and indulge in some Salmon until it arrives.

That's all folks!

Be blessed.

Just when I thought it was almost over...

Just when I thought it was over I just discovered that it's not over yet. But before I get there let me give you an update on my knee. Although I was in some pain today, it has definitely eased up a bit and I thank God for the prayers that went up on behalf regarding it (thanks Joan) :-).  In speaking with April today, she helped me to realize just how "fearfully and wonderfully made" we really are. She enlightened me on a few things which made me decide that I WILL NOT go to the doctor for my knee, I will allow my God to heal it naturally. I guess I didn't realize that if I caused injury to my body, that my body could still heal itself naturally, just as this detox is doing.

Here is what April shared with me:

April: When your body is acidic, due to mucus build up, this causes inflammation. If there is an injury, all joint pain is due to inflammation. Inflammation is due to acidity/mucus. Consuming alkaline foods can help
the body overcome inflammation

Me:    Wow! So you mean I don't have to go to an orthopedic doctor? My body will heal itself of an injury as well?

April:   Yup. When you address toxicity then fortify the body with nutrients, the body will heal itself, scar tissue can repair itself.

Me:      Awesome! I'm actually a witness to scar tissue repairing itself - my scar from a leg biopsy is clearing...I've been taking pics of it as it changed.

April:    That's great!

Me:       God is an awesome God and I'm in awe as to how He created our bodies to heal itself.

April:     When I discovered that it really made me realize just how fearfully and wonderfully He made us. Only a supernatural being could manufacturer such an awesome creation.

Me:        AMEN!!!

Ok, so anyone that has been following my blog knows that my countdown began a few days ago, and that I simply can't wait to sink my teeth into some delicious, "wild caught" Salmon...which I can still do, but only for a couple of days or so. My friend April, who introduced me to the full body detox in the first place, is recommending that upon completion of this detox (which ends in 4 days), that I begin a blood cleansing detox, and here is her explanation,

"Cleansing the blood is important because the blood flows through the liver and delivers it to the rest of our body.  All skin disorders are nothing more than blood disorders. Since you have been dealing with an autoimmune disease that has manifested itself through the skin and the joints, you need clean blood..."

I have come this far and my desire is TOTAL HEALING so I'm going to do as she suggested BUT NOT UNTIL I HAVE HAD MYSELF SOME SALMON gosh darnit. My birthday is next Friday (happy birthday to me) and I would like to eat some then (shoot, I may eat some everyday next week after my detox is over, leading up to my birthday) AS LONG AS I HAVE A NICE LARGE SALAD WITH IT (as per April).

The name of the cleanse that she would like for me to do is the Supreme Blood Cleanse, which is also found at  http://www.dhealthstore.com/.  It's another 20 day cleanse but seems like it would be the icing on the healing cake that my body needs. I almost feel like I shouldn't take a break and just keep cleansing but I really want some Salmon ;-(. I'm going to order it tomorrow and when it arrives, I guess I'll begin (sigh - Salmon or no Salmon).

I'm not doing a log tonight because I'm not going to get anymore rashes - I've already claimed victory from this.  By the way, if anyone is interested in detoxing and don't like or can't swallow pills, they have it in a liquid form.

Be blessed.

Here is the info on this Supreme Blood cleanse:

Supreme Blood Cleanse
"For the life of the flesh is in the blood" - Leviticus 17:11

Dhealthstore.com Supreme Blood Cleanse is an all-natural plant-based blood cleansing regimen that helps to cleanse, purify, and detoxify the blood, rebuild the blood, nourish the blood, strengthen the blood, and rejuvenate the blood which is the life of the flesh - Leviticus 17:11
At Dhealthstore.com we teach that all skin conditions are blood conditions and that the blood simply manifests the condition or state of the blood. If there are skin problems then you know there is something wrong with the blood - the blood is corrupted and polluted and needs cleansing and purification.
Blood disorders and diseases are rampant in the world today, in the U.S. in particular, and in the Western world in general. Our rampant blood disorders correspond to the condition of our water supply on the Earth. We have polluted our ocean and sea water, and have thus polluted the human blood. The waters of the Earth represent the blood of the earth just as the stones represent the skeletal system of the Earth, the grass the flesh of the Earth, and the trees the lungs of the Earth. We cannot harm the Earth without harming ourselves, for we are one with the Earth.
Major and common blood diseases and disorders include eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, acne, blackheads/whiteheads, herpes shingles/zoster, lupus, sarcoidosis, leukemia, rosacea, hives, and a host of other diseases. There are no cures for these diseases and disorders in Western medicine according to the Center For Disease Control.
Does our Supreme Blood Cleanse cure, treat, prevent, mitigate, or palliate the above diseases? Absolutely not!
Our Supreme Blood Cleanse does not focus on curing disease at all, but simply restoring the body's blood to optimal health and well-being, which we feel is better than focusing on trying to cure a specific disease which is very linear and myopic in scope. Why focus on disease when it is better to focus on optimal health and well-being? Dhealthstore.com does not focus on disease! Disease has a negative energy and we do not focus on negativity! Dhealthstore.com focuses exclusively on homeostasis (balance) by returning the body to a position and state of optimal health and well-being. Homeostasis, optimal health, and well-being are terms that carry a positive energy so we purposely and consciously use these terms instead.
Dhealthstore.com Supreme Blood Cleanse will help balance the blood cell count of the red blood cells (erythrocyte), white blood cells (leukocytes), and the platelets. This wonderful cleanse is ideal for the healing of all skin and blood challenges and crises and should also be used for all lymphatic challenges and crises.
This 20-day cleanse works with an all raw food diet that consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains. The recommended types of drinking water for the cleanse are alkaline and/or distilled water. Both types of water are very helpful in the cleansing process. Alkaline water has the advantage as it causes the tissues to dump toxins whereas distilled water leeches unhealthy minerals from the body. Both waters may be drank, depending on their availability and your budget.
The Benefits To Be Expected
Purified blood
Resilient skin and complexion
Balanced blood cell count (of red and white blood cells and platelets)
Improved oxygen flow

What's The Difference Between the Supreme Blood Cleanse and the Full Body Detox?

Basically, the Supreme Blood Cleanse is a cleanse that strictly emphasizes the cleansing and building of the blood. It's basically like a Full Body Detox Formula #2 Cleanse. The Full Body Detox is our catalyst cleanse, so after performing the Full Body Detox, if you?re suffering from a blood or skin disease, you would perform the Supreme Blood Cleanse to continue the healing of the blood.

How Often Can or Should the Supreme Blood Cleanse be Performed?

The Supreme Blood Cleanse can be performed every 3 months or every seasonal change. After all, the human body gets (builds) new blood every 3 months, so every 3 months would be ideal. After an initial performance of the Full Body Detox, the Supreme Blood Cleanse may be performed without performance of the Full Body Detox (though the Full Body Detox is a great catalyst cleanse for all Djehuty's cleanses).

Tomorrow is the 16th day...WOW!

This has been quite a journey but I'm thankful for how GREAT I continue to feel. My anecdotal notes are dwindling down, just like my detox schedule:

  • I only had 1 bowel movement
  • All medications taken timely
  • Still no exercise with the exception of walking inside of my classroom and school building
  • Good mood all day
One thing that I did notice today is that the cold symptoms returned - my nose was running, I was sneezing, and felt kind of out of it; on top of that I had a headache but I can deal with these symptoms, as long as my insides are being healed.  I am also tired, but I attribute that to me working around the clock trying to finalize some things, and not getting to bed until late...see what I mean? It's after 10:00pm and I haven't even begun to get ready for bed yet. My time will come, in about 7 days (5 school days) to be exact. I'm looking forward to being able to sleep in, relax, and have some true leisure time.

My knee was acting up a lot today. I go to the orthopedic doctor next week so we'll see what the verdict is. Until then, I'll just take it easy, sit down, wear flat shoes; whatever I need to do not to aggravate it too much.  My husband's knee is ailing him as well. We're waiting for the insurance company to authorize the MRI so we can see what is what. When he went to the doctor yesterday, that doctor was pulling and yanking his leg back and forth, and all you heard was crack crrrack snap crackle and some pop...it did not sound good at all. Needless to say, he's been in even more pain since then.

God is able in all things and I'm continuing to be excited about my continual healing from the inside out.

On that note, continue to Be Blessed.

6 more days and counting

Another successful detox day with a better mood, 3 bowel movements, and all meds taken timely. I still can't wait until I can wrap my mouth around some fish LOL...after all of this wanting, it better taste good when I finally eat some.

What a joyous day - everything about this day has just been a joy and I'm so thankful. I am so very tired as well.  So, this will probably go on record as my shortest blog post but on that note,

Be blessed.

7 more days to go

7 more days and counting and God is still good!!

  • POOP - I'm back to only one bowel movement first thing in the morning
  • MEDS - all meds taken timely
  • MOOD - my mood was so/so while at work and GREAT when I got home. I attest this to the fact that it's crunch time at work and we're grading final exams, submitting grades, lesson plans, books, and a host of other end-of-the year stuff.
  • EXERCISE - Well, I knew it was going to be a challenge. The only exercise I got was walking around in my classroom, school and the grocery store.
  • COMMENTS - One of my co-workers stopped me, stared into my face and said, "you are whittling away". I said, "yes, I'm going back to my normal weight." She then continued along the lines of telling me that I looked great, that my face was radiant, that my eyes were glowing, and that I really looked well. My Uncle Rodney came to our church on Sunday and when I went to greet him, he said the same thing. I just thank God that He's healing me from the inside out and that it shows ;-)
As I stated in a previous post, my little cousin is also detoxing and it's so funny; everything that she's texted me about (mood, cravings, fatigue) I've also experienced and in some cases, still experiencing. She's on the beginning of her journey but because she's doing a 10 day detox, it seems like her symptoms are happening 2x as fast as mine did. I'm glad that we are going through this process together and we're both looking forward to our complete and total healing...VICTORY, VICTORY SHALL BE OURS!

RASH OR NO RASH...THAT IS THE QUESTION. I had just drank my activated charcoal and was getting ready for bed (tonight) and my husband told me he was hungry, and didn't want anything that was in the house. So I called the Chinese place and ordered it for pick-up.  I didn't want it to take a day and a half with delivery, so I opted to pick it up...why did I do that?! When I arrived at the restaurant, the food wasn't ready and it seemed like the place was infested with those gnatty, annoying pests called bugs. I immediately felt myself getting bit...over and over and over again.  When I got home, I threw off my clothes and jumped into the shower - I noticed whelps and scratches forming and my skin was burning. THIS will be the true testament to whether or not a rash forms as I've always believed that they've started with a bug bite but over the years, my thinking changed. Regardless of any of this, I STILL trust God and have already claimed my healing and victory and on that note...

Be blessed.

Ohhh, I almost forgot to mention. I shared a couple of weeks ago that I raced my 3rd graders during field day and was limping for a little bit. Well, what I forgot to add is that I'm STILL limping, and my knee feels like it's out of whack. I have an appointment with an orthopedic doctor next week. I hurt my knee last January when I had an incident at work and I believe I've re-injured it.  You would think with all of this healing that I've been experiencing that I would have used a little more wisdom. I guess it was because I was feeling pretty good that made me think I could walk on water. Actually that was the 1st day of my detox and I was so optimistic and excited about the upcoming journey that I went ALL in LOL...I've learned my lesson.

Good night and be blessed again ;-)

Testimony of Healing with 8 more days to go

Let me just tell you how good God is.  HE'S GOOD!!!!!!! Before I share with you 2 of my testimonies so far, let me share my anecdotal notes for today:

  • POOP - 2 bowel movements first thing in the morning; with the first one lasting for 16 minutes - I guess there was a lot to cleanse.
  • MEDS - all timely EVEN WITH ME BEING IN CHURCH TODAY. I knew that God would make a way.
  • MOOD - Excellent all day (thank you Jesus).
  • WALK- I was able to walk for 26 minutes today and it felt good.  My challenge will be how I'm going to incorporate walking during my work week but I know God will work that out too.
  • COMMENTS - I am noticing a clearing in my skin and complexion, and my face feels so silky smooth and soft ;-)  AND I was able to fit into another outfit that I was unable to fit into last week. Now I tried yet another one on today that I wanted to wear to work tomorrow and it's a little snug yet; so I'll try again next week and I'm almost sure that I'll be able to fit into it.
Ok, let me share with you testimony #1 - Last year at this exact time, we were wrapping up the school year (as we're doing now) when I noticed my first rash of the season, as I've gotten every summer for the last 7 years. So I figured that it's just starting up again. Little did I know that THIS time it would bring about such excruciating pain that it would literally take my breath away. Despite the swelling of my feet and ankles which made it almost impossible to walk, I worked summer school until the end of July. By that time, the Prednisone had caused significant weight gain and my joints were hurting more and more. I had been seen my many, many, many doctors who knew not what I had or how to treat me. Anyway, I'm not going to focus on anymore of the struggle but just know that a whole year later, after not being able to walk, after gaining 65 pounds, and not being able to work; I STAND BEFORE YOU HEALED, PAIN FREE, SWELLING FREE, AND ALMOST AT MY NORMAL WEIGHT. It dawned on me in church today that a year ago today, I was on my way to being taken out of work on permanent disability BUT GOD!!!! Uhhhhhh! HALLELUJAH!!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!! I just had to have a praise break. God is so good and I'm no more special than you are...if He can do it for me, He will certainly do it for you. Let me just be clear...up until the point when I began the detox, I was still having joint pain and discomfort but not anymore. To God be the glory!

Onto testimony #2 which happened TODAY - As a result of the autoimmune disease that they believed I had, I was put on Plaquenil, which is supposed to be "the drug" of choice for autoimmune diseases. I was put on it in October and I took myself off of it last month. Well, one of the side effects of this drug is that it affects your vision. So I was going to the eye doctor on a weekly basis when I was out of work, and then on a monthly or so basis when I returned to work. My vision, in my eyes, had definitely begun to change - I was no longer able to distinguish between colors such as black, brown, navy or grey. I literally had to ask my husband to tell me which one of those colors I was wearing because if I didn't...well let's just put it this way...I went to work a many-a-day with navy pants on with brown shoes and a grey and black shirt.  WELL TODAY I noticed a change in my vision. Since I began my detox, all of the capsules looked similar in color to me because my vision was still messed up. WELL TODAY when I opened my first formula bottle, I noticed the color but didn't think anymore about it. When I opened up formula #2, I could clearly notice the difference in color and recognized, "hey, my vision is clear again". GLORY TO GOD!!!!!!!!

Look, God is able in ALL things and He will use whatever means He chooses to bring forth a healing, a breakthrough, restoration...whatever we need. God chose to bring some people in my life (thank You Jesus) that enlightened me about detoxing and here I am 12 days in, reaping the harvest and benefit. It may not be for everybody but it can be for everybody...it was definitely for me.  I am truly grateful!  AND I STILL HAVE 8 MORE DAYS TO GO. God only knows what else is in store.

Be blessed.

Day 11 - Another Success

Day 11 down and now my official count down will begin...9 days and counting. I had 2 bowel movements today, I took all my meds timely, and my mood was pretty good. I went for a morning walk and it was so invigorating that my body thanked me with energy for most of the morning. I started walking at 7:35am and decided that I would walk until my body told me that it was done, which was at 8:16am.  After my walk, I felt strengthened enough to go to the bank, do some food shopping and some cleaning, and then relaxed. I used to walk at least 30 minutes a day while I was out of work but when I returned to work, I never continued. I know that with detoxing exercise is an important component; as a school teacher I walk around my classroom for most of the day, or in the halls to travel with my students from class to class. While this is a level of exertion, I believe that walking will be great as well.

Today, I ate the most delicious salad that I've ever tasted in my life and guess who made this tasty treat? ME!!! April suggested that I incorporate more greens into my diet, along with red and green peppers, to try and combat some of my problem symptoms. Besides it being to die for, it did help to reverse some of my issues so WHOO HOO and Yayyyy me!

Although my body has greatly benefited already from this process, I am so ready for it to be over so that I can begin my healthy eating with some fish added. I LOVE FISH! I've already been looking into different vegetarian dishes that I can cook. Don't get me wrong, my diet will still consist of a lot of fruits and vegetables, but I will begin cooking the vegetables for a few minutes, and will include some "wild caught" fish. April shared that when she transitioned to eating after her detoxification, she began with vegetable and shrimp stir-fry, which sounds heavenly to me. I've been looking into some recipes for this as well.

I have seriously been learning a lot about different types of foods, what their nutritional value is, how and when to eat them. This detox has also been teaching me some new meal choices which will benefit both me and my husband.  Items that I used to purchase in a bag (like stir-fry) I will now be able to make myself...from scratch; which has never really been in my vocabulary before except for macaroni and cheese, scrambled eggs, or other breakfast food items. I'm truly excited about all that this process has yet to "learn" me.

I am thankful to God for bringing Mrs. Geneva Jones and April Chapman into my life, who both have had a need to do their own personal detoxes, and were able to help me along. Through their helping me, I have been able to help my little cousin as she's been experiencing health problems, and just made the decision to detox as well; she began a 10-day detox on yesterday.  God promises to work ALL THINGS OUT for our good, and I am thankful that He is faithful to what He said He would do. This is definitely helping to bring me to my next level of blessings; not to mention a sure testimony of healing and restoration.

On that wonderful note, I am getting ready to retire my body so that it can restore its energy in preparation for tomorrow. We had such and anointed time in church last week and I can't wait to meet the Lord "in the house" on tomorrow. Satan is mad but my God has made me glad, and my victory is what I'm standing on.

Be blessed.

Halfway Point

Wow! I can't believe that I have made it to, and through the halfway mark. It seems like it's been a lot longer because the results have been so healing; I wonder what the next 10 days will bring?! Here are some quick anecdotal notes:

  • POOP - only once first thing in the morning
  • MEDS - all timely thanks to my reminder function on my iPhone
  • MOOD - pretty good all day (thank you Jesus)
  • COMMENTS - I woke up with cold-like symptoms and not feeling that great and was about to dress like it too. I looked at myself in the mirror and said, "unh unh, you do not have to dress as if you don't feel well, all frumpy. You can still look cute so let's get cute." I continued to have my little pep talk as I prayed and asked God to touch my mind, body and spirit. I instantly begin to feel better and I looked marvelous as well. The cold-like symptoms soon went away and I began to perk up and feel pretty good. When I came home, I was able to relax and then the chest pain continued (it actually has been hurting all day but I concentrated on feeling better so didn't even think about it).
I have begun looking into healthy vegetarian recipes on  http://www.eatingwell.com/, so that in 11 days I can begin cooking some new and improved meals for me and my husband - I told him that he won't even recognize the difference in the food that I'm going to prepare. He swears out that he'll know the difference but we'll see...he'll be eating it all the same LOL.  A lot of the recipes incorporate eggs, cheese, and pasta. Now I know that I will choose to eat fish but I'm not sure about eggs (chicken), cheese (cow) or pasta (I was told that pasta equals paste in the colon). I still have a lot of researching to do so that I'm ensuring a healthy balanced diet that doesn't take me back to the bad habits I've been used to consuming over the last 30 or so years. If anyone knows of any other useful or helpful websites or sources, please don't hesitate to share.

Well, I'm getting ready to finish watching "Just Wright" (I love that movie), drink my activated charcoal (right before bed of course), and go to bed.

I hope that everyone had a blast on this beautiful summer-like day, and I hope that you have an even better one tomorrow.  I must add that in all of this heat, I haven't gotten any rashes. I'm hoping that this will be the first summer in 7 years without them; I did get 2 this past April but that's still not summer ;-).

Be blessed.

Almost Halfway There

I can't believe that today marks the 9th day of detox, which means tomorrow is the halfway point - WHOO HOO! Tonight I'm going to keep it short, sweet, and straight to the point:

  • POOP - 2 bowel movements (both first thing in the morning)
  • MEDS - All taken timely
  • MOOD - Ehhhh not so good; in fact, it was horrible! Hopefully this improves.
  • COMMENT- I've developed another change in my body...chest pain. I hope that means that my heart is becoming totally cleansed of all impurities. My cold symptoms have worsened but that's to be expected.
We'll see what tomorrow brings.  I'm off to la la land (hopefully). I simply have not been getting enough rest so we'll see if I can get to bed earlier than 10p tonight.

Wait a minute, I forgot to tell you that I used my parents' smoothie maker last night and made my first attempt at making a homemade Strawberry smoothie; I made it with fresh cut strawberries, ice and water. Besides being a little liquid y, it was...well...strawberry water; which a friend of mine told me that putting fruit in your water is a good vitamin water so it's all good anyhow.

Be blessed.

It's Day 8 and I'm Feeling Great!

Today was a pretty good day; I took all of my medications timely, I had 3 bowel movements, and my mood was good with the exception of a mood swing this afternoon. I can't believe that it has been 8 days and counting. If you would have asked me about a month or so ago if I would ever give up meat or other foods that I love, or detox, my responses would have been, "no" and "what's a detox?!"  I thank God for bringing me to this process and for bringing me through it thus far. I only have 12 more days to go and I'm so excited...and I just can't hide it.

I started experiencing some new symptoms today, that according to the instructional booklet and April are all natural.

  • I've developed cold-like symptoms and have been wiping my nose for most of the day - the booklet advises that this is caused from "mucus being liquefied to be released".
  • I've had diarrhea since the beginning which is a result of my "hardened stool being liquefied for release".
  • MEN...DON'T GET GROSSED OUT...LADIES EITHER but I have developed a little yeast because, according to April, "if you  have candida overgrowth (yeast) in your system when you detox if will come out. The vagina is an eliminative channel...its cleansing".  So with that being said, it's natural.
  • I've been experiencing fatigue throughout but this is normal as well (I believe a little more sleep would help as well).
Despite all of the symptoms and mood changes, I truly feel better than I have felt in years, and can't wait to see what the end result will be.

I'm on my way to bed so that I can try and incorporate a little more sleep into my day.

Thank you all so much for continuing to follow me as I Journal Through My Healing.

Be blessed.

The 7th Day and a pretty good one

I've made it successfully through Day 7 and I am glad about it. My mood was much, much, much, much better today, thank God. Here are a few anecdotal notes:

  1. POOP - I only had 2 bowel movements and I'm not sure what's up with that. They are really dwindling down. Maybe this is normal, I don't know.
  2. MEDS - I had an "Ah ha" moment today and decided to use my iPhone reminder function, and scheduled each of my formulas at their set time, until the detox period is over. What a brilliant idea! I'm not sure why I hadn't thought of it sooner.  So all of my pills were taken on time, with the exception of my 5:00pm because I was getting my braids taken out, and decided to wait until that was done; which of course delayed the 7:00pm time as well but this was fine. ALL MEDS HAVE BEEN TAKEN, with the exception of my activated charcoal, which I will be taking shortly.
  3. MOOD - Much better
  4. COMPLIMENTS - I complimented my own self today: I tried on a dress last night that I was going to wear to work today. It fit nicely, but I still had a mini pouch (stomach) which I was ok with. When I woke up this morning and had my two morning poops, VA VA VA VOOOMM! The pouch was gone and I looked incredible!; if I must say so myself.  My husband also stated that he has noticed some positive changes ;-)
I tell you what - I am so looking forward to the next 13 days to be over as I'm ready to eat some fish. I've decided, after April advised me of the difference between a vegan and a vegetarian, that I'm going to be a vegetarian.  I have been craving "flesh" for a few days now but I recognize that during the detox raw is best. But I've already told my husband that on Tuesday, June 19th I'm going to treat myself to some Salmon, or maybe even Tilapia, no, it probably will be Salmon. I need to educate myself on what foods are truly nourishing to my body and stick with those, so that this detox wasn't in vain. I truly want to be a healthier me.  But you can't blame a girl for wanting to change it up a bit.

I've also been changing up some of my raw foods. Today, I just wanted something a little different so instead of using the vinaigrette and salad that I've been eating, I tried a Balsamic Vinaigrette with Baby Spinach and it was deeeeelicious! It's the little things.

Oh well, that's all for now. I need to wash this hair of mine and figure out what I'm going to do to it for work tomorrow. I'm natural (just in case you didn't know) so it's not as simple as putting it in a ponytail or something simple - especially since it's been braided for 2 months now.

Ta ta and have a good evening. I will continue to keep you posted as I Journal Through My Healing.

Be blessed.
