Tonight's post will be short as my computer is freezing and I don't like typing my blog posts via my phone.
Today was another successful and productive day. I had 4 POOPS and wasn't as tired during the day, but am very tired now. I have noticed that my face is breaking out but I believe that's just apart of the detox territory. I'm also happy to report that I am exactly the same weight today as I was yesterday WHOO HOO! Maybe the weight loss portion of the detox is over but we'll see.
I really am tired and as I reported yesterday, April said to REST when I need to and I need to. So on this short note, good night. My mood isn't too good at the moment either so I'm really going to bed.
