GREAT UPDATES...5 days and counting

Whoo, "my God is so good, so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do...for you" - this Sunday School song just rang through my head. I am truly in awe about what God has been doing and is doing through the full body detox. I can't wait to tell you all about it but first thing's first:

Anecdotal Notes:

  • POOP - yup, twice this morning
  • FORMULAS - all taken timely
  • WALK - 1 hour and 4 minutes, 4.1 miles AND I was able to run a little today
  • STEAM - yup, for 15 minutes along with my Moroccan Red Clay face mask, and peroxide pat
I'm not even going to tell you that I went out to eat yet again (didn't I ask y'all to remind me NEVER, EVER, EVER to do that while detoxing?) and ordered yet another house salad, WHICH DID NOT INDICATE CHEESE ON THE MENU. Why didn't I ask? When it came out it was full of shredded cheese so again, there goes me, scraping all of that cheese off to the side. SMH (shaking my head) at myself.

NOW TO THE GOOD STUFF - UPDATES ON FELLOW DETOXERS
  • My mom - Today is her 6th day detoxing and this is how our conversation went...
MOM: "Tye, did the detox do something to your eyes?"
ME:     "Yes, I told you it allowed me to begin seeing colors again...on day 4".
MOM:  "Well, when I look through my glasses, my vision is blurry and I have to take them off in order to
               see.
ME:      "Well, what do you think that means? I told you that April no longer wears glasses because the
detox helped to perfect her vision."
MOM:  "I had to take my glasses off in order to drive home because I can see clearly without them and my
              vision is blurry with them.
ME:       "Praise God! It seems like the detox is allowing your vision to be clear...it's only day 6!"

MY MOM'S VISION HAS BEEN PERFECTED
AND IT'S ONLY DAY 6!!!!!!!
  • My God-mom - I went to visit my God-mother today and was able to see my God-father, my little God-sister, God-aunt , God-uncle and God-grandmother (my God-family).  My God-mother took one look at me and commented on how much weight I've lost. I began to tell them all about my journey since 2005 (my God-mom has been following my blog) and how God used the detox to bring about my healing. My God-aunt asked if I was going to e-mail them the information about the detox and get this, not only is she going to detox, but my God-mom, God-dad, and God-sister are going to detox as well...they are making it a FAMILY THANG! I can't wait to see the results.
Several are inquiring, more are trying, and I can't wait to celebrate in the progress that all will see through this full body detox. It's amazing what God is yet doing!

Please, please, please if you know of anyone that is struggling with Lupus, Diverticulitis, Sarcoidosis, or any other auto-immune or other disease, please ask them to visit www.dhealthstore.com, in the search box to type full body detox, press enter, and scroll down until they find full body detox.  It's not a cure but it will help to bring the body back into balance. You can also direct them to my blog and ask them to follow my story if they're having a hard time believing that this is possible. WITH GOD, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

GOD IS GOOD!

I'll continue to keep you posted as I continue to JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING, and the healing of others.

Be blessed.

6 more days and counting

Well I'm blogging early tonight as I want to begin going to bed a little earlier. Here are some anecdotal notes, and I'm proud to say that I accomplished all that I wanted to on today, despite a slight, incy wincy teeny weeny slip up...well almost, but we'll get to that later:

  • FORMULAS - I took all of my formulas timely
  • POOP - Only one poop today
  • WALK - I walked for 1 hour and 4 minutes, and 3.89 miles WHOO HOO. I was informed that I ran more than a 5K today (thanks Sharon for the insight ;-)
  • STEAM - Yup, for 15 minutes

Please remind me that when I'm detoxing NEVER, EVER, EVER to go to a restaurant...I almost slipped up y'all (well not really). My husband and I had a gift card to Applebee's so we decided to use it today (I figured my husband isn't detoxing so he shouldn't suffer just because I am..BIG mistake).  So we sit down and I look at the menu. OMG all of the delicious looking food that sprang before me. I ask for an herbal tea, and of course they didn't have any (or so the guy said but it turned out that they did so I ordered one a little later). So I order an apple juice. Making a very long story short, I decided to order a house salad, as there wasn't much that I could order during the detox. Of course my husband orders a Sirloin steak, smothered in onions, with mashed potatoes AND a mouth-watering slice of apple pie covered in vanilla ice cream. Hungry yet? This wasn't my dilemma. My dilemma was from the salad that I ordered. Now, the waiter asked if I wanted bacon on it and I answered no, but he failed to mention all of the other stuff that comes along with it (I guess that's my bad for not asking what comes on their house salad). Anyway, my salad arrives and is covered with shredded cheese (which I love, love, love), croutons (another one of my favorites), and more cheese and more croutons. God has allowed me to be disciplined throughout this process and I wasn't about to mess up now. But here was my dilemma; instead of asking for another salad without all of my favorites (which is what I should have done), I tried to eat around all of that yummy stuff. You should have seen me scraping off the cheese, and placing the croutons around my plate. I said to my husband, "I'm glad I'm disciplined because this entire salad would be gone." He just looked at me and laughed as he devoured his meal with a smile...a bright Kool-Aid smile at that.  Oh well, I thank God for victory and next Monday, I have already scheduled lunch with my Boo-Boo at Ruby Tuesday where we can both be all smiles. Don't worry, I will still be eating my share of fruits and veggies but will incorporate a wild-caught fish.

FELLOW DETOXER REPORTS

  • I'm happy to report that my mom is seeing results with the liquid detox. She has begun adding actual salad to her diet along with juicing and is pooping more, instead of just urinating. AND her neighbor commented on the fact that she's lost some weight. AND my mom was able to fit into some shorts that have been tucked away in a drawer for 2 years AND had some room. Today marks her 5th day.
  • My principal has also begun to see some results with the liquid detox - she also has shed a few pounds. She also has been urinating a lot and not defecating as much. I told her that maybe it wouldn't hurt to call dhealthstore just to inquire on whether urinating as opposed to defecating is the norm on the liquid detox. Today marks her 8th day.
  • My cousin has completed a full body cleanse (not from dhealhstore), and is currently on a liver cleanse (also not from dhealthstore). She began the detox in the hopes that her environmental allergies would improve and although they have not, she has stated that her overall body feels better.
  • There are many others that have ordered the detox and are either awaiting its arrival, or awaiting to begin. I will keep you updated on their progress when I find out.
  • There are also many that have inquired about the dhealthstore brand of detox so I'll keep you posted on their status as well.
Well, that's all for tonight. I can not tell you how excited I am to be this close to the end, and I thank God for how great I continue to feel and look.

I'll continue to keep you posted as continue to JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

7 more days...7 more days

Whoo! I can just taste my salmon, shrimp and baked potato now. These cravings are fast and furious but I will see this through until the end; I'm feeling too good not to.  I am extremely tired so this post will be brief.

Anecdotal Notes:

  • Formulas taken timely...CHECK
  • Poops...CHECK...3 to be exact
  • Walk...CHECK...28 minutes and 1.3 miles
  • Steam...UNCHECK...will do tomorrow
Fellow Detoxer updates:
  • I have another friend that ordered her full body detox (capsules) today...WHOO HOOO!
  • I gave the website to 2 others today, and they are seriously considering it.
  • My mom is beginning to see some results with her liquid detox so she's gonna hold off on calling and complaining (inquiring) just yet.
God is yet good!

I will continue to keep you posted as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING...I'm sheepy.

Be blessed.

8 more days and counting

Good evening all, well today was my 12th day and you don't know just how bad I'm ready for it to be over. I have seen some great benefits from it but I am truly detoxed out...until next season of course. I believe I will  incorporate detoxing into my seasonal routine - the full body detox followed by the blood cleanse.

I still feel amazing, I'm still getting compliments on how amazing I look, and I serve an AMAZING GOD! What more could a girl ask for?! Oh, the icing on the cake is that I have an amazing husband that has been supportive of me from the beginning, and has truly lived up to his, "for better or worse, in sickness and in health...", and I have amazing family and friends that have kept us in prayer throughout. I give all glory to God and God alone.

Well, today I wasn't able to do all of my detox duties but here are some anecdotal notes:

  • All medications taken timely
  • Continued raw fruit and veggie intake
  • DID NOT steam today
  • DID NOT walk
  • I still have a slight headache, but not as bad as the last 2 days
  • My nose was running a little this evening but not like the last 2 days
We buried my cousin today and though there were some emotional moments, I thank God that she was celebrated in style. I know that I will see her again and I'm glad that she's not suffering anymore.

UPDATES ON FELLOW DETOXERS:
  • Today is my mom's 3rd day on her liquid detox and she doesn't believe she is experiencing the same toxin release as I am - she is urinating a lot but not pooping nearly as much as I did. I'm not familiar with the liquid detox but told her that maybe everyone's body cooperates differently. She's going to see what tomorrow brings and if she doesn't feel like toxins are being released, she's going to call dhealthstore just to inquire.
  • My principal began her 6th day today on the liquid detox and she has similar concerns to that of my mom. I haven't spoken to her since her 4th day, but I will reach out to her on Monday to see if she's seeing any progress (weight loss, clearing of the skin, mood swings, etc.)
  • I gave another cousin the website today and she is going to look into it.
  • A lady that I know with Crohn's Disease is looking into the option of detoxing as well.
I can't promise anything through the detox, but I'm confident that God will allow whatever healing and balance that is necessary, to take place as He allowed with me.

Although it's very late, I thank God that He gave me the strength to do all that I needed to do on today, AND that I was able to take a nap. I didn't do everything that I wanted to do like attend a Sweet 16 and a play, but I know that those hosting these events understand and know that they have our full support even though our presence was missed.

Well, on these lovely notes, I am turning in. I just got finished drinking my activated charcoal and it's off to bed I go...it's off to bed I go...high-ho the dairy-o, it's off to bed I go...YUP, I'm tired.  I will continue to keep you posted as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

9 days left and counting

My official countdown begins today and I have 9 more days left. Whooo! I have already planned my meal for the 16th (this whole time I thought it was the 15th but my little bubble just popped when I realized that my last detox day is the 15th). I'm treating my husband (with my allowance of course) to Ruby Tuesday's as I have a coupon for buy one entree and get the 2nd 50% off; and I will be ordering the Salmon Florentine, with a baked potato, broccoli and buffalo shrimp - of course, of course, of course, I will begin this feast with a nice, hefty, leafy, green salad.  After 31 days of detoxing and eating mainly raw fruits, raw veggies, raw nuts, and distilled water, a sista' is ready for something a little different.

I have some updates on anecdotal notes:

  • I began my day with a 40 minute, 2.3 mile walk and it felt so good.
  • I had 4 poops today - I'm not sure if it was the morning walk that got my bowels flowing but something did.
  • I completed my 15 minute steaming followed by the peroxide pat.
  • I've been having a headache for 2 days and I'm really not sure what's contributing to this...
  • I've also been experiencing a runny nose and cough for a few days, but I'm figuring this is a sign of toxins being released.
NEWS FLASH...NEWS FLASH...NEWS FLASH...NEWS FLASH...NEWS FLASH...
I was scheduled to go to Philly today to the rheumatologist. You know, the one that had me come in for "the conference" where 60 or more doctors looked me over, read my history, and then were going to put their brilliant minds together in order to figure me out...only to come back and tell me I was a mystery but they had, and I quote, "a regiment of medications for me to begin taking"? Yeah...that one. Well, I called their answering service on the 4th to cancel and my message went a little something like this..."My name is Tyeshia Hilbert and I am cancelling my appointment because I am healed in the name of Jesus, and am no longer in need of these services." I was so hoping that I would get a phone call back so I could really witness to someone but nahhh, didn't happen.
*********************************************************************************
I thank God that I recognize what He's donnnnnnnnnne, for me, and my soul cries out Hallelujer, I thank God for saving me (in my Madea voice). But seriously, God is so good. The scripture just came to my mind, "to whom much is given, much is required", and I like the "Message Bible's" interpretation of this verse which says, "great gifts mean great responsibilities; greater gifts, greater responsibilities!" (Luke 12:48).  God has instilled great gifts in me and has given me even greater gifts, such as the gift of salvation and healing, and I know that He is requiring much of me and I want to be found doing exactly what He's expecting me to do.

With this being said, I am asking for your continued prayers as I continue to seek God's face, continue to have the faith that the work that He started He will complete, and the discipline to hearken unto His voice and do what He's calling me to do.

I will continue to keep you posted as I continue to JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

Halfway Mark

Well today is my 10th day...10 days down, 10 more to go. Today I accomplished all that needed to be accomplished as far as the detox is concerned: I had 2 morning poops, I took all of my herbal detox capsules, I ate fruits and veggies throughout, drank only water and natural cranberry juice, I steamed for 15 minutes, followed it with a peroxide pat, AND walked for about 45 minutes IN THE HEAT. I walked yesterday too but forgot to include it in my post. I'm going to try and walk daily as my body feels so much better when I do.

Everybody that knows me knows that I feel great and I thank God that hasn't changed. But I am noticing that I have been more tired lately so I'm definitely going to try and incorporate daily naps or at least go to bed earlier.

UPDATES ON OTHERS DETOXING

  • My principal accomplished her 4th day today.
  • My mom successfully completed her 1st day.
  • More and more are inquiring about the detox.
Well, that's about all.  I'll continue to post as I JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.

Almost Halfway There

Happy 4th of July to everyone. I have been missing in action due to death in the family, but I'm back and happy to report that days 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 have been successful. I just got back to the Moroccan Red Clay, steaming, and peroxide pat today but it's better late than never.  When I was with my parents, my mom made me different fruit smoothies daily and let me tell you, my body thanked me. Now that I'm back home, I haven't been doing it and I can tell the difference. So sometime soon (like tomorrow) I'm going to make the time to blend some fruit in my smoothie maker and drink it throughout the day. The next step will be to juice some veggies - the goal will be to drink fruit smoothies in the morning and veggie juice in the afternoon/evening.

Today was such a challenge - my husband and I went to 3 cookouts and when I tell you the food looked good...the food looked good. Everyone had BBQ ribs, corn-on-the-cob, baked beans, hamburgers and hot dogs, with a selection of potato salad, macaroni salad and so many other scrumptious delights. BUT I THANK GOD FOR DISCIPLINE. I recognize that me turning down this "good eating" is for the benefit of my health and well-being and I had to explain this to many, as they were wondering why I was eating fruit or raw and unsalted nuts instead of the spread that was spread. GOD IS SO GOOD and I feel so good.

I also have some more praise reports that I am thoroughly excited about ;-)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
  • My principal began her liquid detox on Monday and is doing good so far.
  • My mom's liquid detox arrived in the mail and she will begin TOMORROW.
  • My cousin's detox (capsules) arrived in the mail and she will begin TOMORROW.
  • My cousin's cousin has been inquiring about the detox, and is interested in learning more.
  • Several people have been asking questions about how the detox works, what you can eat, and I have provided them with the website so that they can read all about it for themselves.
I told God that WHEN HE HEALED ME, I would proclaim to the world that it was HIM AND ONLY HIM that healed me, and I'm going to use whatever means necessary to do just that; Facebook, text messages, e-mail, blog posts, telephone, word-of-mouth; you name it I'm going to do it. I understand the magnitude of my healing and I understand how the doctors' deemed me as a mystery with many medications as their solution, BUT GOD...(whoooo thank You Jesus)...but God chose to use this detox to bring about my healing.  I'm not that special...if He did it for Me, He CAN and WILL do it for you; you just have to have faith, believe, and trust that He CAN and WILL do it.

On that 3rd Sunday in December when I was sitting in church with my body writhing in pain, unable to clap my hands, stand up straight for long periods of time, stomp my feet, and couldn't move without being in pain, it was at this painful moment that I heard the voice of the Lord so clearly say, "If you want your healing...stand up." I questioned this at first because in my flesh, I knew it was almost impossible, but then I realized (thank You Jesus) that this was a test of my faith, and I needed to literally take a step out on faith and trust God. The moment I stood up, I was able to stand for the duration of the service, clap my hands and stomp my feet WITHOUT ANY PAIN, and felt good for the remainder of the day. Now the next day was a different story but I believe it was that step of faith that showed God that I WOULD trust Him and that He COULD heal me. Who knew that 6 months later, I would be COMPLETELY HEALED and telling others about this miraculous feat that God did for me.

To God be ALL the glory.

If you are seriously considering the full body detox, please visit www.dhealthstore.com and in the Search bar, type in full body detox.  Then scroll down until you find the full body detox (liquid or capsules) and read all about it. If you want to ask me questions, feel free to leave a comment, send me an e-mail at mrsthilbert@gmail.com, or if you're on Facebook, leave a message on my link or inbox me.  I will get back to you.

Thank you so much for continuing to follow my journey as I continue to JOURNAL THROUGH MY HEALING.

Be blessed.
